  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Check, money order, or via Henri Home, our resident portal.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, but a $25 noncompliance fee will be charged monthly until renters insurance is received.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    They can call the after-hours emergency line at 206.580.1994.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents submit maintenance requests through our online portal, “Henri”.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, maintenance is on-site M-F.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guest are permitted, please meet them at the front door and escort them to your apartment.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    W/S/G Gets charged on top of your base rent each month. Electricity is paid through SCL or “Seattle City Light”.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, you need to sort recycling and garbage.

Application Process

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    $80 utilities for W/S/G per occupant which max out at $160 2 individuals 

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    You can hold an apartment by completing an application and paying the $300 holding fee (which is then used as a future security deposit).

  • Are there any move in charges?

    Move in charges are 10% of monthly rent cleaning fee, pet, and monthly rent.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    We do! Currently, our shortest lease-term is 9 months. Check with staff learn more about our flexible lease terms.

  • Do you offer furnished units?

    We do not, but we can offer you a discount on monthly furniture rentals through our partner, Fernish. Ask our team for more information!

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Verification usually takes about 48h-72hrs but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    Must make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, if not, guarantor is needed and they would have to make at least 3 times the rent.


  • Is smoking allowed?

    No smoking allowed on the property.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    Yes, we have storage units.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we have a bike storage.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    Our pet fees are $35 per month, per pet, with a max of 2 pets.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are pet-friendly.

  • What amenities does the apartment include?

    We offer bike storage, a onsite laundry mat, and storage units.

  • Does the building have a security system?

    We have a controlled access system through Door King.

  • What is the parking fee?
