Resident Life

Application Process

  • Application fee is $58 per person, holding deposit is $99.

  • $100/month utilities for W/S/G per occupant

  • You can hold an apartment by completing an application and paying the $99 holding fee (which is then used as a future security deposit).

  • Move in charges are remainder of security deposit, prorated rent/pet rent/utilities.

  • We do! Currently, our shortest lease-term is 9 months. Check with staff learn more about our flexible lease terms.

  • We do not offer furnished units, we do not have a partnership.

  • Verification usually takes about 48h-72hrs but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • Must make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, if not, guarantor is needed and they would have to make at least 3 times the rent.

  • Our pet fees are $35 per month, per pet, with a max of 2 pets.

  • We have a controlled access system through DKS and a fob.
